We are a transportation and materials company based in Pomfret Center, CT. We have been operating in the northeast since 1989. We, at M and E Transportation, take a lot of pride in servicing our customers, drivers and our equipment. We operate top of the line Peterbilt and Kenworth tractors with walking floor and dump trailers. Over a 30 year period of providing transportation and materials, our company has acquired more than a 100 customer base.
We specialize in transportation of bulk materials. We have great deals on delivered concrete and mason sand, any size stone from 1/4 inch to 3 inch. Wall, Field, and Veneer Stone, Gravel, Septic Sand, Winter Sand, Salt, Fill, Loam, Topsoil. Aside from materials, M and E Transportation also spans out to offer trucking and disposal of stumps, yard waste, demolition debris and waste soil with extremely competitive prices.
M and E is fully licensed and insured. Each of our tractors carry $1 million in liability coverage and 100,000 in cargo coverage. We also have a million dollar general liability policy. Along with workmen’s compensation.
